Respected Huzrat Hakeem sahib assalamo alaikum! Hikmut is my profession and this prescription is a tried one by many of my patients. I am telling this as a gift for the readers of Ubqari: (space for Arabic text) Nigella seeds 70gm, pulp of the bark of Margosa tree 100gm, cheese (space for urdu text paneer dodhi) 100gm, kuraita ( space for urdu text) from India 100 gm, churaita (space for urdu text) from Nepal 100 gm,  real Asafoetida 20 gm. Crush all these to make a powder. Take one spoon in the morning fasting (space for urdu text), one spoon at middyay and one at night along water or milk. If it feels bitter, fill them in capsules. Take 2 capsules thrice a day. Hemorrhoids bleeding or non bleeding, both are cured if one uses this for some time. This prescription is effectively in use in my dispensary.
